Free cancellation
You may cancel free of charge at any time before your appointment begins using the secure cancellation link, supported text instructions, or by calling the shop. A cancelled time is released for other guests.
Late arrival and shop changes
A late arrival may shorten the session so the next guest is not delayed. We may contact you if the shop must cancel or change an appointment because of staff availability, safety, weather, or another operational issue.
