1Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome when a therapist is available, but booking ahead gives you the best choice of time and therapist.
2Is my online appointment immediately confirmed?
Yes. When submission succeeds, your time is reserved immediately and you receive a booking number.
3Which massage should I choose?
Choose Swedish for general relaxation, Deep Tissue for firmer focused work, or Combo Massage if you want the therapist to blend techniques. You can also describe your goals in the notes.
4Can I book more than one service?
For a coordinated combination, choose the Head-to-Toe Reset package. For other back-to-back services, call us so we can reserve the correct amount of time. Please do not submit separate overlapping appointments.
5Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. Online booking lets you choose any active therapist who offers the selected service, or the first available therapist.
6What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge any time before your appointment begins. Late arrivals may shorten the session so the next guest is not delayed.
7What should I share before my session?
Tell your therapist about pressure preferences, areas you want to avoid, pregnancy, allergies, recent injuries, or other relevant health concerns. Massage does not replace medical care.
8How do I check or change my appointment?
Use the Check Appointment Status page with your booking number and phone number. Use your secure link to cancel, or call (530) 649-6515 for changes and urgent questions.
